Return and Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, to maintain our hygiene and quality standards, our jewelry return and exchange policy is as follows:
Return Conditions
- You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Earrings and piercing jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.
- You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.
Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- The item must be securely packaged and sent to the designated address.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Additional Information
- Shipping costs are covered by us only in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- For voluntary returns, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
