Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, to maintain our hygiene and quality standards, our jewelry return and exchange policy is as follows:

Return Conditions

• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Earrings and piercing jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
• Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.
• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request an exchange.

Return Process

1. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
2. The item must be securely packaged and sent to the designated address.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.

Additional Information

• Shipping costs are covered by us only in cases of defective or incorrect items.
• For voluntary returns, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
